Missing Minutes & Membership Applications

On September 16th, one of our officers discovered that all 2019 club meeting minutes had been deleted from the Member Downloads along with all membership applications. None of our admins seem to have done this and we are trying to figure out whether it was intentional or done somehow by FreeToastHost. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated! Our page is 2262.toastmastersclubs.org .
