Disabling Prospective Club Website

We are a prospective club that was unable to charter within the given timeframe, and I would like to remove access to the club website by the public, keeping it accessible by admin, if possible.

How can I go about this?

We can only delete the site there is no way to put offline.

We always need the club number when you communicate with us.
