When agenda is emailed to members to sign up for roles, when they "select", the member receives an email error or they are unable to sign-up.

We would like when members receive the agenda via email, they can sign-up directly so they don't have to log-in to the website.
Appreciate your help!!!

Lakeesha Morris says she received an error message. Other members try to click on a role on the agenda and nothing happens.

Thank you for your assistance!

I'm not sure what an email client setup or if they use a webmail that is... What I do is go to the agenda and use the email icon to email agenda directly to members.

She has a Yahoo email address so she is using webmail most likely.
You CAN NOT use the agenda mailto link option with webmail.
I have removed it for her, you will have to check the others profiles.

Thank you for your response. Need a clarification. When the agenda is emailed to the members, should they be able to click on the agenda and sign-up for a role directly? How do I know if a member is using webmail?

Thank you for your patience.
