Agenda Role Settings for Duplicate Roles

When signing up for roles, members should only need to click "Sign Up" once. I am trying to invoke settings on roles that are repeated throughout the agenda (i.e. Toastmaster) so that once the member clicks to Sign Up on the first instance, their name and photo is populated for all subsequent instances in the agenda.

I used to know these settings, but none of the combinations I use seem to work. Can you please help me?

Then place an asterisks sign before and after the first instance of the role. Example: *Toastmaster*
