member registered, but not showing on the agenda dropdown

Received confirmation that the member (Colleen) Opt'd in. When this happened, in the past,I could go into the agenda and assign them a meeting role. But Colleen's name is not showing on the drop down. below is the server confirmation

"Colleen" has APPROVED his/her contact information (e.g., name, email address,
and phone number) being added to the C.M.A. Toastmasters Club in Vallejo website.

Colleen is in your prospects list. You can use the membership tools dropdown near the top of the prospects tab to move her to your members list.
