Message Not Delivered

We continue to have a problem with the email of one of our members. The bounce count was reset in early April. The member deleted messages in her email box in an effort to fix the problem, yet it continues to occur based on the following message.

Diagnostic Code: 554 5.2.2 mailbox full; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:QuotaExceededException.MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot get ID from name.

What can we do so the emails will be delivered?

If you read the error message carefully, you see that the recipient's email inbox is full.

There is nothing we can do about that. You should talk to the member and ask them to clear out their email inbox or provide a different email address.
