Member Login Problem

Member having difficulty logging in to club website leadershippathways.toastmastersclubs.org (Leadership Pathways Toastmasters 6820). She says "it seems to freeze up when I put in a new password, it didn't go through".

1) She is who? A first name at least.
2) what OS and browser version is she using?
3) Date and time, and time zone.
