Editing the agenda

Hello there!

I tried everything I think. I looked into the admin section of the club 3533 to see who will get access to editing the agenda. It shows that the Toastmaster, the VP of Ed and the admin all should get access. I have a member who tonight, she was the Toastmaster, and she did not receive the pencil icon to make edits. Can you please tell me why? Her name is Michelle Reed and her email is: megam347@aol.com

Just because someone is the Toastmaster does not guarantee that they have agenda editor rights. It is set on a per role basis by setting the editor checkbox for that role. (Not every club uses the term "Toastmaster", and I also want to allow for different languages other than English.) The system tries to help by detecting roles that have the word Toastmaster in them and asking if the role should be an agenda editor.

In this case, one role was set as an agenda editor, but it was not the role that Michelle was assigned to. You need to set the editor checkbox for that role:
