I gave a Vice President of Public Relations presentation, during the TLI this past weekend and I mentioned to the Club Officers, that they can create a new website from FreeToastHost. I had a new VPPR Club Officer message me the following:
"When I go to FREETOASTHOST I see I need permission from my club/district officers. Could you explain who exactly I need to contact and what I need to say?"
Could you explain what are the approvals needed for the new club website? When I became a member of my club, the club website was established. The only approval email that is sent out to club members is when we add a name to the membership management system to opt-in.
