Request Admin Change Not Working

I need assistance resetting access for FTH. The login user is no longer in the club, nor does she have access to the email she was using to log in. There seems to be no other way to request an admin change so any help from Free Toast Host will be much appreciated.

Thank you! It was particularly confusing before learning I didn't have a member login (since I've had a Toastmasters.org login for several years) and the error messages wasn't explaining that. I now have a FTH login here, which allowed the "Submit" button to appear as clickable on the Request Admin Change page.

Is there an explanation of why it wasn't allowing the Submit button to appear as clickable yesterday?

You had not completed all the information and ticked the final box at bottom.
