Sir/Ma'am,
We have a new member, Elizabeth Escobedo, who is unable to reset her password. At the login screen, she left the password blank and received an email with a link to reset her password. Upon clicking the link, she receives an error message stating "the Session ID attached to your email was not valid." I asked her to have FTH resend the password link, but the same error occurs. She has tried using the Edge (Chromium) and Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10 (Ver 20H2, build 19042.685) but the same error occurs.
