Adding member info to website's public directory

Club number: 1036600
URL: planotoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

Issue: I've been updating information for the "Meet Our Members" section of the site. Once I add the member's name, I get an alert that says the member has to provide approval before his information can be included in the "Meet Our Members" section. The alert says Toastmasters will send an automated email to get permission. None of the members. received the email. They looked in their junk folders and inboxes. I'm wondering if you might have the wrong email addresses. Can you confirm?

Zaliza Brown: zazaini@yahoo.com
Chi Smith: Chii7907@hotmail.com
Michael Liu: Michael.s.liu28@gmail.com

If it's easier, you can send the permission forms to me and I can distribute them. I received copies (without links) for each member.

Thank you!

Due to new privacy laws, Only members can authorize their profile to be public, the site admin no longer can do this. The member has to log on and set their profiles to public, then they will show on the meet our members page.

You have also confused adding a member to the website and adding to meet your members the members. When you add members they show with strike-through through their names, this means have not opted-in to the website. When you added their name they were sent emails, you can resent to opt-in email using the pull down in membership management.
