New cannot log in was created by plwilliams
John Coleman d49johnc@gmail.com cannot log back into 7841602.toastmastersclubs.org/ . He originally log in Dec. When he tries to log in, the system does not recognize his name or email. I delete him from the membership list and entered him again as a member. He accepted sent the opt-in message but when he went to create a password, an error message came up. Which also occurred when he was trying to reset his password. Please help...

When entering his name he needs to type 5 characters John + space, this works I verified
When he enters his email it works I verified

What error????
