Query during a training

While training people last night the following question stumped me.

"Who pays for the host server?" He went on to say he's concerned about the potential for loss of data
.
Is there a way to export the role/speech report data, as you can do with member data? Printing it as a PDF doesn't allow for importation into a spreadsheet, for example.

1) Bo Bennett DTM, a toastmaster created and pays for FTH
2) All data on the server is backed up for disaster recovery
3) The Agenda reports allow for the export of all agenda data
4) If the person read the documentation provided, there is documentation on how to backup the clubs custom pages.
