Club website randomly removes me from VPE

The club website randomly removes me as an officer (VPE). This started after I changed who all could modify the agenda as we have teamed up with another club and alternate who will manage the agenda. I needed to give additional members the ability to edit the agenda and I thought that I had removed my VPE ability ( so three others could and I would edit via Admin), but I see VPE checked in every field under Admin->Website settings->Access settings.

Could this be causing our site to remove my VPE status in membership? On a couple of occasions, I found my user moved into the previous member table. That hasn't happened in a month or so, however.

What to do?

A while back, Brian requested that I remove the ability to remove the VPE from the Agenda Creation rights, as some clubs were finding that was being changed without the VPE's knowledge. Thus, now the VPE is essentially locked in there.
