How to Update my site's blog post

I am the VPPR of the All in the Family website ( aitf.toastmastersclubs.org ). I'm working at updating it and can't seem to edit the "blog post section" found in the members only that was started many years ago. I doubt the person who began our club's blog is even around now. I can access it since I'm a member but can't edit or update the blog using my admin log-in as I can with the other site features. Can you help?
Thanks. Fran

I'm working on this and see it was created by "blogspot." I still can't edit it. Should I simply delete that (how do I do that) and begin a new blog for my club?

We have noting to do with blogspot, what you and your club do with the "blog" is up to you.
Thank you,
