Certificate Issue

Our members are still having access issues to www.bdtm.org (621016.toastmastersclubs).

I am getting the following message.

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www . bdtm . org (for example, passwords, messages, or credit
cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Some of us could still click on the "Advanced" button and proceed to the website, but we would get warnings about the Certificate being expired or that the site was not secure and we could hacked.

I had initially gone onto GoDaddy and changed it to always redirect bdtm.org to 621016.toastmastersclubs.
I HAVE SINCE CORRECTED THIS.

Now that this is corrected, will the security certificate renew automatically?
How long does that usually take?

I see no issues with the certificate when accessing
Code:
https://www.bdtm.org/
I checked your dns records and they look correct.

If you click on "Advanced" what is the text presented. Do NOT click accept.

1) Is there a specific page that they are trying to access when they get the error?
2) have the members having the issue clear their browser cache, or click the reload link at the bottom of your site page.
3) What operating system and browser and version are they using?
Thank you,

When I clicked on "Advanced" this is what I see.

This server could not prove that it is www.bdtm.org ; its security certificate is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Proceed to www.bdtm.org (unsafe)

We are just trying to reach the site's home page.
I personally try to clear the cache by pressing Ctrl-F5. If there is another/better way, please advise.
I personally am using Chrome Version 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) (64-bit). I believe most of our users are also on this, but as I interact with each i'll try to find out.

I have tried your site on both Windows 10 chrome and MACos chrome and I see no certificate issues.

Is your windows 10 uptodate?
Are you running on a business computer? If so you maybe missing some root certificate updates.

I appreciate your help on this.

Most of us work for the same company and typically access our site through our business accounts/logins, so that may in fact be where the issue is. Windows should be up-to-date. They run patches and updates on a fairly regular basis.

How would we go about ensuring root certificate updates are current/complete?
