Receiving several Spam messages every day. 
Spam to Contact us email has content titled "CNN Health" and a name "Gupta", different extensions for every message. I've added each one to the Black List.
Any other suggestions for stopping the Spam?
Should I modify SpamAssassin Threshold Score

No, CNN Health is a headline in the content.
Subject is always different but health related.
