Members not receiving emails

Our club (PMI Chicagoland) is having difficulties with our list host (members-2072645@toastmastersclub.org) - this is the email address that's generated from the website. We didn't create it.

Multiple members have reported that they are not receiving the emails sent to that address. We have confirmed that these members have enabled receiving emails, and they've checked their spam, promotions, junk, etc. folders. Others of us are receiving them.

Could you advise?

Couple of quick follow-ups then...

Do you know why it used to work fine and now isn't?
Do you know why some people are getting the emails and others aren't?
Do you know how to update it? It's the email that was auto-generated when the site was created (before my time)
