You are not an officer!
The site admin can only assign functions to officers.
You will have to assign yourself as "Other Officer: if you need to have update with your personal user.
Not sure why you would need to do that as you are the site admin.

I , Patricia Stevenson-Hartman am both the Treasurer and President as stated on the homepage, I'm not sure where you're getting your information.
Please fix.
I need the Membership Managment function to not only add new members, but to send emails from the webiste since suddenly my emails are being blocked from my yahoo and gmail accounts, both which are listed in my profile.

Home page does not mean anything to the system (or us for that matter). It is just text content.

What matters is who is set as what officers in Membership Management. That is what the system uses to determine who are the members that should get special access or features associated w/ them as a result of them being officers.

Thus:

1) Make sure the correct people are set as the correct officer roles in Membership Management. You should do this when logged in as the Admin, since when you change up officers (& you are an officer) it could change up the functioning of the system on the fly. (confusing) Better to be logged in as the admin when changing the officer roles.

2) Check that the Access Settings are associated with the correct officer roles.

3) Log out as a member then log back in as a member (but not the admin), to make sure everything is "reset" to be properly associated with your member login. Your officer status is checked by the system at member login.

Also, it seems like you are making comments that indicate that you are unfamiliar with how the system really works. Please get familiar with our online documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc

I am well aware that the home page is simply text. Had you read my comments thoroughly you would have seen that I made the changes to the officer positions several times under Membership Management and I had the same access as what I had set up in the Admin Console years ago. I have been the Admin since the inception of the club 5 years ago, and have been either Treasurer, President or Vice President Education for 5 of 5 years. I have always had access to Membership managment. This recent development is a bug in the system
