Brian and SteveTheTechie, my member just got back to me with the following information:
I use google as my go to browser.
I have a PC (HP computer) less than 2 years old.

What other information would you need to help him? I can ask him for a screen capture, he has to wait until he gets off work.

Oh lord, I beg your pardon, Brian - I misunderstood what you meant! Jim Davis, DTM. The club name is Saguaro Toastmasters #16.

1) Lisa your forum footer is advertising club 1109501. Please specify in the thread which club you are having the problem with.

2) in Club 16 there is only a member "Guest Jim Davis" guess what they have to type to log in ????
Thank you,

Hi, Brian, I forgot about that! I'm not trying to make this harder - I promise! I just had an email from Jim Davis, I think this was operator error. When he entered his name, he expected to see his name but it wasn't coming up; he then entered his email, clicked the AUTHENTICATE/LOGIN button, and received an email to create a password. Problem solved. However, for future reference for me, how do I get these members help form your forum? Most have never used a forum before and it would overwhelm them; thinking members first service from my end. Thank you and SteveTheTechie for your help!

You need to always give us the club number you are requesting help for.
If a member is involved we need their first name
If it is an email problem we need the offending email.
Thank you,
