I am brand new to TM and "Free Toast Host". I am my club's treasurer and receive forwarded emails from the treasurer@rvntoastmasters.com email address. I have verified via our website (rvntoastmasters.com) that I do receive forwarded emails. I don't think anybody in my club really understands the tech behind the free toast host system, so I am coming here for help.
I am trying to get online access to our credit union account. I went into the credit union and asked them to put "treasurer@rvntoastmasters.com" as the primary email, to which verification/password reset emails would be sent. I have not received these emails from the credit union and am thus unable to access our account information online. I am seeking assistance with getting these emails.
A bit more backstory - the president@rvntoastmasters.com was previously listed as the primary email contact for our credit union account. I communicated with the president prior to changing the contact email with the credit union, and that person also did not receive any emails from the bank forwarded to their address.
Another unrelated question - does my club pay a fee for our domain name, or is that something that is taken care of through the free toast host system?
