"Are you coming to this meeting" function

Hi - I am VPEd of the club. Another member says that he can see an "Are you coming to this meeting?" button at the top of the agenda screen online. I can't see this on my screen. Should I be able to?  

I can see "Are you coming to this meeting?" at the top of the emails that I receive in my inbox after I have emailed the agenda's to members. But, there is no check box or "Yes" button available. Should there be? 

I am trying to get a better handle on who is coming to meetings and who isn't. (I have just found the attendance tab in the edit meetings function).

You will not see it if you are only logged in as the admin.  You must be logged in as a member to see it.
