We are not shutting down now, but we want to know best practices to do so in the near future.
What data/info do we want to save / download / document? How do we do it?

Please let me know a good and proper way to preserve any data.
Thank you,

Your Area/Division/CGD Director should have the forms required to close your club.

To close your club website just let us know in this forum.

I know how we can close our club under TI, and I know we tell you to close our account, but what should we do with data in FTH before we shut down? I know I can create reports for the member speeches and roles, but is there anything else? Most of our members are moving to other clubs, so their information is important for each member to have.  Thank you for any best practices on downloading and saving information we have in FTH.

The members speech history should be registered in pathways as it is the only official registry.

You can create history reports for each member for all roles and speeches. There is no way for them to import the information at their next club.

Thank you. Basically, it's what I was thinking.  Every member should have a printout / pdf of their roles and speeches.

You can also save any custom page content that your site may have.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/backup-your-site

Should the club be reinstated after the site data is purged from FTH, having these backup files will expedite the process of setting up the new FTH site. Or, you have content that you spent time creating that may be utilized if you land at a club that also uses FTH.
