I can see about 20 agenda emails have been sent by you, but only to yourself, in the last 2 days. They all show as having been accepted by your email provider.

Make sure you have the right recipients in the "Send This Email To:" box
If you're only sending to yourself for test purposes, and not receiving it - check your junk mail, if not there ask your service provider where it is.
There is no option to send agendas to guests. If you have a dummy guest with no email address on your members list, the sender will get a message when sending to all members saying that email couldn't be sent to that address. That is expected behaviour
