Emailed agenda, recipient options

Everyone in the club got the same emailed agenda with their name inserted using the firstname variable; there's no way to remove people from the list that I know are either a) not going to be there, lor b) are already on the agenda.

..or job is to make your life harder while you improve the software

Are you making a statement or are you asking for a change?

I wasn't clear. Let me add to the post.

... Can an option be added under Send this email to: in the email agenda module that would cover these cases. One that would allow for the choice of people to exclude from the email and another that would exclude people on the agenda. (the second one seems more relevant)

I think you should look at the following:

How many times have I seen these? A hundred? Five hundred?

How many times have I seen these? A hundred? Five hundred?

There are not new.

You can also use more than one of them at the same time, and the code sorts it out to ensure that each person only gets the email once.
