Printing Agenda Meeting Minutes

Printing Agenda Meeting Minutes was created by bcolletti
Everything prints in an agenda except the Meeting Minutes box (it has URL links). Yet I've checked all boxes in the Print Meeting Agenda dialog box.
How can the Meeting Minutes box be made to appear on the printed agenda?
Thanks.

What do you mean? We really do not have a meeting minutes feature per se. We have an agenda attachments feature that you can use to attach meeting minutes docs that you create via other software. There is no way we can just support printing some arbitrary meeting minutes doc file via the system. You need to open the file and print it with the software you used to create it.

Thanks for the reply, Steve.
At the bottom of my agenda are two boxes: Meeting Notes and Meeting Minutes.
Meeting Minutes has links to files in File Manager. When I click a link, it fetches the file for download, as expected.
When I print the agenda, I want the Meeting Minutes box to also print as it appears on the screen (I don't want to open and print a file). But the box with its links does not print, even though I've checked all boxes in the Print Meeting Agenda dialog box.
How can I get that box to print with the rest of the agenda that it's part of?
Thanks for letting me clarify the inquiry.

I never expected that anyone would want to print that...
What is your perceived value of printing it?

Steve
The perceived value is that it makes communications so much easier. Here's background...
The agenda's meeting will treat subjects discussed in the files whose links appear in Meeting Minutes.
I will refer to these files in an email to the club and say "For more details behind subject XYZ, just click ABC.pdf found in the agenda's Meeting Minutes."
I want to leave these files in File Manager since the agenda will be recopied and used in future meetings -- and so I want the links in Meeting Minutes to convey. Although I could handle this another way, the fact is that looking for agenda XYZ comes naturally and when it does, the next thought is "Well, let's just copy it into a new agenda." If these files aren't linked to an agenda then they may sit in File Manager until some future TM-archaeologist rediscovers them.
Hopefully that answers your question. If not, just let me know. Thanks again, Steve.
