dtcctampa.toastmastersclubs.org/ is working correctly

Looks like some one from your IP hit the severs with 300 hits in 30 seconds on April 16, 2014 Do you know what you were doing.

The block has been removed.

I just checked and site is working. I am not sure why there were so many hits. I will check with our members.
