Remove SAA Call to Order from Sample Agendas.

I was reading the documentation, and I noticed that in your sample agenda, the Sergeant-at-Arms starts the meeting with a call to order. That recommendation was eliminated in all Toastmasters documentation when we switched to Pathways in 2019. TI recommends using Robert's Rules, and Robert's Rules has the President start the meeting. For consistency, I recommend changing your sample agenda.
