Admin password not working and email being sent to me not helping? What is

I'm with Park Toastmasters (3041, Ramsey NJ). I am VPE and have also gotten the webmaster function as no one else wants to do it. However, I've been doing it a while at this point so I don't know what is the matter. I can no longer get into the admin area with my club name and password. I had no problems with access before.

I put in the admin password in the past and had no problem. It is no longer working. I click on the lost password link and it sends me a link to my email on record but the link does not provide a password to get me in or to change my password. It did this in the past. Please help. I need to add new members. I don't know what is the issue. Have you changed the email message and not understanding now? Why does my club's password no longer work? Please advise.

You need to use your club number and the site admin password.

If you share your club admin password with other members of your club, it is possible that someone else changed it.
You need to check that.

If you just have forgotten the admin password, then just click on the forgot password link in the admin login and a link to get in will be emailed to whoever is listed as the "registered admin" for your club. (The person who we have the email address for as the admin.) The link logs you in as the admin, but you still need to deal with getting the password squared away. You can set it in in the Admin Console.

Ok, Maxine, I have confirmed that you are the registered Club Admin.

Please check your email for a link to get in.

Ok, but did you set your password in the Admin Console? You can always send yourself the link from the Admin Console ("forgotten password"), but it is just simpler if you can just get your password set to what you want.
