Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
7045.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

No Members appering in membership management

Hello:
As the website administrator I went to access "membership management" and all of the member names have disapperared!! Please help!

I cannot edit Custom Web Pages either as none appear in the drop down list!

The reason why I went there is because I noticed in the 'private member directory' all the members have incorrect executive roles assigned to them. I am not sure why it appears like that as my membership roles were all assigned properly. Can you tell me how the that is information is being poplulated in the 'private member directory'.

Thanks for the quick fix!! However, all my custom web pages are still not available. Even though they appear on the side bar, if I go login to Edit Custom Web Pages...there is no drop down list to selec them.
