Hi,

I'm getting a SEND FAIL when I try to send to the club members. It used to work:

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

<members-7596@toastmastersclubs.org>:
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Mail from 98.139.213.126 refused because IP is on SpamCop - see spamcop.net/bl.shtml [MAIL_FROM]

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
