Website not accessible

Hi,
Our website is not accessible to some of our members (they cannot open the page at all).
Website is: changemakersclub.toastmastersclubs.org/
We tried using anonymizers and it worked in both cases.

The ip addresses of the members are:
93.73.7.89
93.183.194.82

Someone in the IP range your members are using have attacked the server many times and the server blocked the IP range. I have removed the block for now but it may happen again at any time.

Which anonymizer did you use?

I used the first one i googled - anonymouse.org/anonwww.html .
Unfortunately, our members are not advanced IT users, so this way it was the easiest to check whether it was an IP problem)
