Cannot Log in

I am unable to log into our club website: http//1991341.toastmastersclubs.org My name comes up but my log in no longer works and I cannot authenticate.
If I leave the password field black to authenticate my account I get a notice saying:

Thank you. Please check your e-mail for your authentication key and instructions.

But I am not receiving anything in my email. I don't believe you are blocked and I have nothing in my Junk folder.

My Member number is 03698460.

The email is being delivered to your company email service and they are accepting the email. You wil need to ask your IT group what they are doing with the emails.

I think I found the problem then... mattHEW_velonis@choicehotels.com is my email address.

You need to have your site admin fix and verify that your email address is correct.
