Greetings:
I have been unable to log in to the International Site although I can access the local.
My computer's FireFox is 27 and the Chrome is Version 32.0.1700.107 m.
My official e-mail starts with a capital-probably because I was asked to capitalize a letter:
Kvielhuber@gmail.com although either version works with the local website. I was trying my original membership number but I asked for a new one and that still didn't work (in the process of testing later the IT asked for another new one). My newest # is 360948.
I looked at the forums/docs and checked the FireFox cookie set up according to instructions-it appeared ok. I also clicked on the browser cache to clear that because it also can affect log-ins. Today I brought my laptop (less then 6 months old so FireFox pretty current) to our meeting and one of our IT people had no problem with his log-in and an anonymous test log-in but trying versions of my e-mail and original/new/newest numbers did not allow a log-in. This indicates that at least on my laptop, it isn't a cookie/browser cache problem.
Can you wave your magic wand from your end? I have attached the error message but I think it is similar to the usual cookie problem error.
Thanks, Kathy
