Can't Recover Site Admin Password

I haven't used the site admin login for a while, and can't recall the password. When I try to recover the password, there is no response. The URL as I see it in the status line ends with "/#null". I tried while logged in using my own site account, and not. Any suggestions?

1) please post your club number in every post.

A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file. If you do not receive it right away, contact ToastmastersClubs Support.
