Error changing member status

i am getting a similar error to the some of those recently reported. I get it when I press the save button to change a member's status to "Former Member". I'm using Google Chrome.

I am still unable to reproduce this. I do not doubt it is occurring, but it is really hard to fix it if I cannot reproduce it. I am switching to using Chrome for the time being in case this is browser dependent.

Also, the screen shot helps, except that it is clipped. I need to see the part of the error message that has been clipped off. Any chance I can ask you to post a screen shot with the complete error message?

Ok, this should be fixed now. Make sure you look at your membership management names and remove any backslash apostrophe combinations you see (just keep the apostrophe), then save.
