For club 1137264

I look after the Toastmasters website
toastmastersorewa.org.nz (50.19.253.65)

I am attempting to bring the website back under the full control of "Free Toast Host"
That is, to get the club email messages working as per the club list.
On TI, I have set up for 1137264.toastmastersclubs.org
with the following alias: orewa

On the website itself I have set up the following:

Website Alias: orewa (as per instructions)

Custom Website Domain: REMOVED toastmastersorewa.org.nz

When I try and google orewa.toastmastersclubs.org
google cannot find the website.

When I find the website via free toast host using 1137264
The website error message states I must change the DNS Domain Register on the "A" and "MX" records
for 50.19.253.65

That tells me that I have to replace the 50.19.253.65 with the ip address of 1137264.toastmastersclubs.org
Am I going about this the correct way, if so, can you supply me with the ip address of 1137264.toastmastersclubs.org?

1) add the following A record

mail.toastmastersorewa.org.nz A 50.19.253.65

2) remove these 3 mx records

toastmastersorewa.org.nz. 300 IN MX 10 mx-1.domainz.net.nz.
toastmastersorewa.org.nz. 300 IN MX 10 mx-2.domainz.net.nz.
toastmastersorewa.org.nz. 300 IN MX 10 mx-3.domainz.net.nz.

3) add the following mx record
toastmastersorewa.org.nz MX 10 mail.toastmastersorewa.org.nz

It takes Google a while (weeks, sometimes) to find a new website address.

You can help by making sure that the new website address is on any Toastmasters or other sites where the old name currently is. In particular, make sure that the Toastmasters NZ club finder is up to date, as well as Toastmasters International.

I am ready to change the A record and the MX records.

You make reference to toastmastersorewa.og.nz.

I take it I have to get into the ISP domain for toastmastersorewa.org.nz
to make the A and MX record changes.
To do that I need the login and password for that ISP, correct.

I also understand I DO NOT need to get into the free Toast Host domain.

You need to use the DNS Service that your registrar provides.

You should follow the instructions contained in this Doc.

I have carried out the changes with the A and MX records with the ISP who holds the
domain name toastmastersorewa.org.nz

While going through these changes, a thought occurred to me.
We might have it all wrong....

My club purchased a domain name toastmastersorewa.org.nz and put it on place of the free toast host website.

My club now wishes to change its website address to orewa.toastmastersclubs.org, where orewa is the alias for 1137264

TI has the change in the club records. Where is the domain name orewa.toastmastersclubs.org control panel?

Should I not be removing all toastmastersorewa.org.nz domain names from the isp, and get the same website to point at orewa.toastmasters.org at free toast host where "orewa" is the alias for club number "1137264"?
