Club 3600773 needs help with FreeToastHost 2.0 website

Our link to our website no longer works. I can no longer access it and when I requested a new website--it is telling me one has already been issued. Help!!!!

Upon attempting to work on our website for the ProMasters Club #3600773, the web url "promasters" was already in use. I had updated it to promasterspa.toastmasters.org to promastersd13.toastmasters.org and now it does not work. I cannot access the pa or the 3600773 site. Can you help?
