Meet Our Members Not Showing Up

I am trying to help fix a problem on this website: 7458.toastmastersclubs.org The "Meet Our Members" link is missing, but it is not checked to hide under the appearance tab on the admin. settings. Can anyone help?

At least one member has to make their profile public for the Meet Our Members link to show. Only those members who have made their profile public will show.
