Invalid password message for existing member

Hello. My club's president has been trying for 2 days to login to our club's website but is getting a message that her password is invalid. She was able to login on Feb. 26 with no problem.

Any ideas?

Kathi,

It is entirely possible that someone clicked on Authenticate/Login without a password entered and she has been sent an email (have her check her junk) with a link to reset her password.
