Toasthost Administrators

I am president of my TM club. We had a change of officers, and somehow in the process, the new officers do not have the ability to become administrators. I would like to be listed as an administrator and would like my VP-Education to be the other one. When I press the button for "forgot password", it does not send me the new password, but rather sends it out to the past administrators (I guess). Nevertheless, NO ONE knows the password. What do I need to do?

Make sure that either the prior admin will approve the change OR the club contact information on TM find a club is current.
