New Memeber not able to access Club website.

Club Number is 1399. New Member is Lori Mateer. Her e-mail is lori@lorimateer.com. She is not able to access the web site. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is she entering more than her first name. There is a 5 character minimum, so she would have to enter her first name and a space, or part of her email address.

Its actually a 4 character minimum.

Lori is not getting the Authentication e-mail. She has checked SPAM, etc...

Please have Lori check now, and looking her spam box. an email has been delivered.
