Past website administrator passed away

My name is Kris Mahan. I am the president of Arrowhead Toastmasters (Club 4435) in Lakewood, CO. I am trying to access our club website to update it and increase our membership. Unfortunately, our past website administrator (Matt Safford) passed away and no one at our club has the access information. How can we get the requisite information? Or if this impossible, is there a way to delete the old website and apply for a new one?
