members-6253@toastmastersclubs.org email address not working

Hi Again,

I am back on the bounce notices that come when we send notes to the members-6253 or 'officer'-6253@toastmastersclubs.org addresses.

I have had time to review my challenges with this issue with the manager of my email server as well as to ensure the I am using the correct email address that matches my list address. I have also checked with the club treasurer. She had to create a list in her email account because of the same problem so our dues notices would get to the member list.

I appreciate anything you can do to fix this issue.

Here is my most recent bounce notice with my response from my server manager. The question is why will the FTH site not allow receipt of my email notice to the others on the list?

The error message "retry timeout exceeded" means my server has tried to deliver the message to the list's mail server a number of times but the server is not accepting it.

At this point I suggest you send the bounce notice to the Toastmaster list's admin and ask if they can determine why the list is not accepting your emails. The bounce notice does not explain the reason your emails are being rejected. If they need any more info from me to resolve this, please let me know.

Seems you are hosting with a company that has hackers in their server network, after being attacked several times we blocked their IP range.

I have allowed your mail server through, you should be able so send mail now.

According to your site your treasurer uses gmail, and i can see the email come in and go out last week.

This fellow helped me build my webpress website.

Would I do well to move hosting to someplace else. What are my options?

Not really seems the hackers of the world go in waves, and it take the hosting companies a while to wake up to how they are being misused.
