Speeches Completed by Members is not correct

This is not a problem with FreeToastHost.
An admin of our site created a Custom Page (and wrong).
*****************************************************************

A member noted the new Main Menu entry, but did not see her completed speeches (currently only 1), nor even her name.
The date on the report is 3/33/14, so I suspect everything.

Besides this member, Peggy Bendel, there are inconsistencies on the report for other members, too.
Rick is working from advanced manual and there is no * asterisk by his name. (P.S. The word asterisk is spelled wrong on report).

So it is not a FreeToastHost problem.
