Adding new members

Help! I have added my new members exactly as the documentation. Firat Last space email address. When they go to sign in, all the new members are seeing their first last and first name of their email....Attachment attached.

Check what you entered again. What is showing in the login is how it was entered for some members. Some members show First Name Last Name First Name email.
