Email Distribution List Customization

When we send group emails through our distribution list via freetoasthost with our custom domain, the email we receive reads:

Toastmasters Club 1276023 on behalf of NAME <server@toastmastersclubs.org>; sent by ; NAME@email.ca

Is there any to shorten this very long FROM field? If yes, truncate the final "sent by ; NAME@" portion?

Sorry no because then it would be seen as spam because that persons server did not send the email. The From: is constructed as it is supposed to be.
