Editing error code

Using both Mac and PC machines, as well as Internet Explorer and Chrome, I have tried several times to edit my club's home page, only to consistently receive this error code:

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the exisitng "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again.


I have not wanted to attempt changing this. Is this a Toasthost issue or my problem?

Your domain has expired, who ever purchased the domain needs to go to godaddy.com and pay for the continued registration.
