Group email resends every 3 minutes

I sent a group email to my club, 7713, and it seems it keeps resending to at least some of the recipients, about every 3 minutes. It stopped but I'm sure it caused some grief. I heard a rumor that Out of Office replies can cause a feedback loop. Any insight?

We are experiencing the same issue. I forwarded and e-mail to my club at "members-8527@toastmastersclubs.org" at 11:42am today and the club members are still receiving the e-mail over and over again. So far I have received it 11 times in one hour. I had this issue happen a few months ago and it seems it was triggered by someone having "OutOfOffice" on. Is there anything I can do on my end to cancel the e-mail? Anything different I should do in the future?
